[tree2] Do not show navigation icons if node is empty
-----------------------------------------------------

         Key: MYFACES-382
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MYFACES-382
     Project: MyFaces
        Type: Improvement
  Components: Tomahawk
    Versions: Nightly Build
    Reporter: sean schofield
 Assigned to: sean schofield

Currently you see the +/- icons for nodes that are empty.  Tree2 should be changed to omit the icon if the node is empty.  NOTE: The fix to MYFACES-350 introduced this new bug.
